Option 1: Invoice set up via PropertyMe invoice pop-up box

  1. Log in to your PropertyMe account and go to the 'Invoices' section.

  2. Select the invoice you want to auto-send via SimpleRent by clicking the property address. Review the property details in the pop-up box.

  3. Click the arrow down on the upper right-hand side of the pop-up box.

  4. Select 'Add Invoice to SimpleRent'.

  5. You'll be redirected to the 'Add Payments' section in SimpleRent. Review the details, especially the transaction date for the payment. Choose between a one-time transaction or a payment plan. Click 'Add Payment' to automate the invoice and schedule payments.

  6. Once successfully scheduled, the transaction will be added to the 'Payment Schedule' view in SimpleRent.

Option 2: Invoice set up via SimpleRent side panel

  1. Log in to your PropertyMe account and navigate to the 'Invoices' section. Select the invoice you wish to automate in SimpleRent by clicking on the pink icon next to the property address.

  2. The SimpleRent side panel will appear. Review the property details. Confirm by clicking 'YES' to set up the invoice in SimpleRent.

  3. You'll be redirected to the 'Add Payments' section in SimpleRent. Input and review payment details such as amount and date. Choose between a one-time transaction or a payment plan.

  4. Click 'Add Payment' to automate the invoice and schedule payments.

  5. Once successfully scheduled, the transaction will be added to the 'Payment Schedule' view in SimpleRent.
