How to sync a property in PropertyMe with SimpleRent

To sync a property from PropertyMe to SimpleRent, follow these steps for different scenarios:

  1. For a new lease - Sync the property as a newly initiated lease agreement.

  2. For an early changeover- Sync the property for an early transition between tenants.

  3. For management takeover - Sync the property when assuming management responsibilities from a previous agent.

How to sync a property from PropertyMe to SimpleRent - AS A NEW LEASE

  1. Login to your PropertyMe account and go the the Properties page.

  2. In the Properties section, select the property you wish to sync with SimpleRent. Properties awaiting sync will be marked with a grey SimpleRent icon next to the address.

  3. Upon selection, tenancy details will appear. Click on the pink SimpleRent side panel badge to initiate the syncing process.

  4. Review the tenancy details from PropertyMe alongside lease payment details for SimpleRent. Ensure accuracy before proceeding.

  5. Once reviewed, click 'Sync to SimpleRent'. A message prompt will confirm "Syncing Successful," indicating a successful tenancy sync.

  6. Access the tenancy information in the SimpleRent app to verify the sync.

    Note: From the SimpleRent app, you can return to PropertyMe by using the "View in PropertyMe" button on the lease details page.

How to sync a property from PropertyMe to SimpleRent - FOR AN EARLY CHANGEOVER

  1. Login to your PropertyMe account and go the the Properties page.

  2. In the Properties section, select the property you wish to sync with SimpleRent. Properties awaiting sync will be marked with a grey SimpleRent icon next to the address.

  3. Upon selection, tenancy details will appear. Click on the pink SimpleRent side panel badge to initiate the syncing process.

  4. Review the tenancy details from PropertyMe alongside lease payment details for SimpleRent. To indicate it's not a new tenancy, select "No" under "Is this a new tenancy?" and choose "Early Changeover."

  5. Once reviewed, click 'Sync to SimpleRent'. A message prompt will confirm "Syncing Successful," indicating a successful tenancy sync.

  6. Access the tenancy information in the SimpleRent app to verify the sync.

    Note: From the SimpleRent app, you can return to PropertyMe by using the "View in PropertyMe" button on the lease details page.
