How to bulk sync properties from PropertyTree to SimpleRent:
How to bulk sync properties from SimpleRent ProperyTree Integration Dashboard:
Access the SimpleRent ProperyTree Integration Dashboard and click 'Sync Properties from PropertyTree to SimpleRent'.
Select the corresponding Property Manager for the PropertyTree and SimpleRent integration the click the 'Let's Go!' button.
Decide whether to use 'test mode'. Click 'No' to proceed with the bulk sync.
Select the business rules for syncing then click 'Let’s Start'.
Choose the properties you wish to sync and click 'Proceed to Define'.
In the 'For Linking' section, assign suggested tenants to each property, then click 'Proceed to Changeover'.
In 'Changeover' section, select either CBTI or MT for the property changeover, then click 'Proceed to Renewing Lease'.
In 'Renewing' section, choose whether to allow PayToday or BPay for renewing the lease, then click 'Proceed to Sync'.
Verify the properties for syncing and deselect any unnecessary ones. Click the 'Sync' button to begin the syncing process.
Upon completion, you'll receive a confirmation message confirming the successful synchronisation of properties from PropertyTree to SimpleRent.

In the SimpleRent PropertyTree Integration Listings page, click the upload icon.
Click 'Bulk Sync Automation'.
Select the corresponding Property Manager for the PropertyTree and SimpleRent integration the click the 'Let's Go!' button to continue the bulk syncing process.
Decide whether to use 'test mode'. Click 'No' to proceed with the bulk sync.
Select the business rules for syncing then click 'Let’s Start'.
