The integration between SimpleRent and Propertyme is facilitated by a chrome extension. This extension facilitates seamless data exchange between the platforms by intercepting and processing relevant information. Users can sync property data, update leases, and access shared functionalities directly through the extension interface, streamlining the workflow.
To enable the integration, you must:
Once connected, log in your SimpleRent chrome extension. After successful log in, the extension will be activated and ready to use for seamless integration between SimpleRent and PropertyMe.
How to install the SimpleRent Chrome extension for PropertyMe:
Click here to download the SimpleRent Chrome extension.
Click ‘Add to Chrome’.
Confirm the installation by clicking ‘Add extension’ in the pop-up window.
Once installed, the extension icon should appear in your browser's toolbar.
*If the SimpleRent Chrome Extension isn’t showing up in the panel follow the steps below:
Click on the plugins (puzzle piece) icon.
Look for SimpleRent.
Click on the pin.
How to link SimpleRent with your PropertyMe account
Sign in to your PropertyMe account.
Once logged in, locate and click on the SimpleRent chrome extension icon on your toolbar.
Input your SimpleRent account credentials in the pop-up login window, then click 'Log in'.
Click 'Confirm' to proceed the linking of your PropertyMe and SimpleRent accounts.
You will be redirected to the PropertyMe authorisation page. Input your PropertyMe account credentials, then click 'Sign In'.
Confirm the integration by clicking 'Yes, Allow' to grant SimpleRent access to your PropertyMe account.
Congratulations! Your SimpleRent and PropertyMe accounts are now completely integrated.
*Please note that the chrome extension icon will appear yellow until authentication is completed. This indicates that the authentication process is pending. Sign in to your SimpleRent Chrome extension to complete the integration.
