Log in to your PropertyMe account and navigate to 'Accounts' &gt; 'Transactions'.

Click on the SimpleRent bubble icon on the left side of the screen to reveal the panel.

The side panel will appear, displaying settlement reports with corresponding dates and amounts.

Select the report you wish to download and choose the file format.

Once selected, the file will be saved to your computer for easy access.
