Understanding when to use Lease Import

4.A.1 Use Lease Import when ALL of the below conditions are met:

     - adding a new property
     - tenant has already paid the Entry Payment (externally)
     - tenant has already paid the Bond (externally)   

4.A.2 Clicking the Lease Import button will redirect you to a new database window where you can add / enter:

Lease Details

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to add / enter all complete details in the form. Incomplete details will not allow you to proceed to the next step. 

4.A.3 After adding / entering the above details, click the "Submit" button to finish the Lease Import. 

4.A.4 After clicking the "Submit" button you will now be redirected to the Payment status page and you can can see that Entry Payment & Bond has been Paid Externally.
