How to Set Up Initial Entry Payment

1. Check your email or SMS. As soon as the agency has added your lease in SimpleRent, a PAY NOW - BOND & ENTRY PAYMENT will automatically be sent.

2. Click the Secure Your Property Now button.

3. Click the Process Initial Payments button.

4. On the Payment Options, you can select either Card, Bank Account or External Payments.

5. Click the Process Card Today button.

How to Set Up Bond Payment

In continuation to the above workflow.

6. Click the Proceed to Bond Payment button.

7. On the Payment Options for Bond, select your preferred payment option (may vary per state).

8. Click the Process Card Today button.

How to Set Up Rent Schedule

In continuation to the above workflow.

9. On the Payment Plan for Rent Schedule, you can select either Set & Forget / Recurring Payment or BPAY.

10. Selecting Set & Forget plan, you can select for the payment option either Bank Account or Card.

11. Click the Process Card button.

Check your email, as you finish the above process you will receive an email confirming for your success enrollment for the payment method.
