*NOTE - A new tenant is one who has NOT PAID ENTRY & BOND.
So you have a NEW TENANT and, you want to set them up on SimpleRent.
Here's what to do:
STEP 1
Login to SimpleRent via https://app.simplerent.com.au/users/sign_in
STEP 2
Once logged in, click Properties
STEP 3
Search for the property address that your NEW TENANT wants to lease. There are 2 possible outcomes for the search (refer to STEP 3A or STEP 3B).
STEP 3A: IF the search comes up with a few entries, then click the Property Address of the one your tenant wants to lease. IF NOT, then proceed to STEP 3-B
